Just finish my GYFM… When I start everything was normal… then came an image of an old lady and somehow it links to the house which I saw today (strange) and the ‘’story” is like today i went to see the house and the spirit came to me for some sort of help then nothing much… then at a point I saw a special light which looks likes light from a lantern and I follow the light into a ‘cave’ and walk thru the cave… beyond the cave is a big piece of grassland and I so free on it then suddenly saw a flow of “image clips” but all zoom across so fast then saw one old man with a ’sort of cloth on the head bundle up’ with white long beard seated in an meditation posture greeted me and give me a smile… The old man is LER SI…the face change from the old man to a tiger head then back to old man face… (cant rem what happen after that) next thing I know is white light again then dont know for how long then my stomach start to ’shrink’ causing a forceful energy within my stomach flowing up to my throat area and my whole body start to ’shrink’ and my body moves forward and my hand streched forward and the energy goes to my back (middle back) whole body vibrate and the energy like sort of forcing thru something… then suddenly my left shoulder start to have this pain (the same problem which shifu had healed me long long time ago)  then everything goes back normal… energy gone pain gone nothing left except the light… The light gets brighter and brighter causing me to shut my eye very very tight and saw a something like ….. \o/ ( something like a V below and the o which is a bright light on top of it) it lasted for a while then everything seems to settle down as I felt relax and so I end my GYFM… What an eventful gyfm…
