Today Shifu taught us about crystal.

Shifu said that crystal have been around ever since the world is created. All crystal have a soul/spirit within it and the energy of the crystal is beyond our imagination and magical. To use the energy we need to unlock or unleash it. As a Ling Cultivator we can use our energy to ‘unlock it’ …  We can create a bonding with the crystal and use it in many ways example: Healing, Self Protection, Decision making, Prediction, Training of willpower etc (The list is too long to be named)

The most common used for crystal is for healing. It can heal not only physical but also many other things like stress, emotional matters,  balancing chakra,  and spiritual healing…

Shifu also teach us how to clean and ‘format’ crystal,

Cleansing

1) If you have a singing bowl put it into the bowl and cleanse it(If not go to step 2)

2) Use sea salt to rub the crystal (amount of sea salt used? Just enough to cover the crystal)

2.1) Cleanse the crystal with water

2.2) Put the crystal into sea salt water and leave it for  min 2 hours

2.3) Clean the crystal with dry cloth 

Formatting / Programming

1) Place the crystal on our third eye chakra

2) Talk to the crystal.

Inform the crystal that you are now the owner and you will be using it and for what purpose.  Eg. Crystal …(name it if u want) I am XXX(ur name) and I will be ur owner/master I will be using you to do healing / cleansing for people and I hope we can create a good bonding between us… (pls note that this can be change to your liking and usage)

After formatting the crystal

DO NOT let anyone else touch your crystal… 

Use a valvet pounch to keep the crystal.

Crystal must be kept clean at all times as a form of respect to the crystal

Remember to clean your crystal after each used…

Charging of Crystal

You may charge your crystal while doing your Meditation aka GYFM . Place the crystal on your right hand while doing GYFM…

The crystal is now like your battle mate its like the sword for knight, pls treat the crystal with love, care and concern so that in return the crystal will treat you with the love, care and concern u need…
