Today did GT, Chanting, and GYFM…

While doing GYFM … was chanting silently and my head turns and face the ’sky’ my roof… and the light gets very bright and my whole body shake few times and my hand shakes few times… head keep turning and will puase when it face the sky… then start to feel heat and the light and heat gets very very intense at my forehead and my eye was like force to close tight and i see purplish green light on top and suddenly purpish blue infront and start to gets bigger… I feel forehead third eye beaming light out( erm… its like a light ball of energy at my forehead and the light was on and …. erm hard to exlain ,,,,…. layman term… like wearing a headtorch shinning at things…) i was like beaming the front then my head turns to the side left right front like that but moves very very slow… suddenly my heart area pain and my back pain gone … i continue …

when i wanted to stop i move my hand and strech it out wanted to do the thanks and my hand start to move and my head also start to move … then my hand did some hand signal which i dont know wat and my hand move and both face up and suddenly i strong beam of light shine at me … then i see some image of things … my hand slowly move and face down and move downwards and touch my knee area and the feel of everything gone and i stop… till now i can feel my forehead like bright bright one… and hot hot one…
