TIRED…………….

today is the most tiring xiu xing ever… both biseps damn tire… tired till like they dont belong to me…

First of all… I did gong tian then guan yin fa meng… i saw some light and the light like no battery, abit like on off flickering … then the light start to get stronger and i feel heat … my body feel hot hot de… then my hand starts to move i feel a force moving my hand when my hand moves up i try to force it down but i cant due to the force … my hand still connected moves moves and moves… it move up and down in slow motion the sudenly left suddenly right and move in circle like grinding action it move quite a while… then my head starts to move left right left right circular then everything back to original… slowly i feel my hand trembling …. then my hand start to move again this time it moves more of a circular motion… light getting brighter… heat getting hotter… then back to original…

I thought ok liao … wanted to stop but i felt my eye moving like the light is too bright my eye cant take it keep moving and felt tightness at the center and like something which look like diamond float down to the center and the tightness gets more intense… and a bit of pain and quite hot also and my head start to move forward backwards like knocking my head against wall like that… suddenly my head turn to my right (the tight feeling gone) and the light gets SOOO bright and forcing that my head turns to Max right and body start to slant to right almost forcing me to ‘fall out of posture’(its like the force is to powerful for my body that my body turns away) when my head turns i felt a spirit there but cant see and the feeling is like the sipirt is surprise that i see ‘it’ (thats my feeling)… then went back to original stances… my hand tremble again and also movement came back and this time my hand feels like breaking connection and the movement is weird and hard to put to words lei… (like going to play Tai Ji kind of movement) i try to maintain my hand connected… then after some movement it went back to original… by this time my body already not straight up liao and a force came and force my body to sit up right and bring my hand to correct posture… and was like letting the light tanned me then body start to moves and my body was force forward like going to knock my table… the light gets very very bright then it slowly go back to original and my body start to to move forward backward and circular …

my hand move to a quite funny posture( both thumb pointing toward myself) and start shaking… today quite a lot of things ….. not sure if i miss out anything… just that now my backache, my hand pain, my elbow very very pain, my ear feel very hot like kana sun burn… my head abit spinning… the feeling is like haven over yet lei cause when i close my eye now my head like going to move like that… quite hard to put everything in words… Haha…

 Anyway Shifu… pls DONT tell me what am i expecting for next stages… cause i dont want to keep thinking … maybe just let it happen… haha… unless serious kind la… haha… okok very very Tired….. i started my gong tian at 11.22 and i just ended everything and walk to PC to post this…

Oh Shifu… today i only chant Namo Ami To Fo only… Never mix anything into the fa meng… Anyway i have a friend of mine also show interest can we meet up someday i intro to each other…
