Sunday marks my start to actual xiu xing… I was taught Xiu Xing Fa Meng by my shifu… the feeling is quite diff from the old meditation… This time round my rituals to follow… May i stupid still not use to it …

My first try was on Sunday which my shifu is around. The feeling, eye ‘jumpy’ feeling hot on ear feeling a beam of light seems coming in from top but like cant come in… Will try harder…

 My second meditation, Monday night… while meditating felt a female ‘thing’ came behind me and seat down behind me not sure if its ‘thinking’ too much but i felt i am more sensitive to these things now … eye didnt jump, feel small light beam moving from right to left left to right not the same feeling …
